The Department Commander shall call a Mid-Year Meeting, between September 1 and November 1 at some centrally located point for the purpose of discussing and formulating plans for the betterment of the Order, such plans to be submitted to the following annual Department Encampment for such action as a majority vote of those present at said Encampment may decide. No funds of the Department may be disbursed at the Mid-Year Meeting and the Department shall be in no way responsible or liable for the traveling expenses of anyone attending the Mid-Year Meeting. The Department will hold its 137th Department of New York Encampment via teleconferencing on June 5th and 6th in compliance with National General Orders. Zoom Video Communication will be used and can be accessed by laptop, desktop and both I phone and android phones. Send your Registration form and $10.00 registration fee to Department Secretary, Robert Pugsley, by May 20th, The 137th Department of New York Encampment Ribbon will be mailed to all Brothers who registered.
