Department Commanders Reports

Department Commanders file reports with National three times a year, for the National
Encampment, for the COA meeting on Remembrance Day Weekend, and for the COA meeting
in March. In addition, the incoming Commander files a report or reports on the decisions of the
Department Encampment which require action at National (changes to the Constitution, the
Regulations, policies, forms, etc.) which were passed at the most recent Department
Encampment.
