Description

The Department will hold its 137th Department of New York Encampment via teleconferencing on June 5th and 6th in compliance with National General Orders. 

Zoom Video Communication will be used and can be accessed by laptop, desktop and both I phone and android phones.

Send your Registration form and $10.00 registration fee to Department Secretary, Robert Pugsley, by May 20th,

The 137th Department of New York Encampment Ribbon will be mailed to all Brothers who registered.

Registration will allow access to the Encampment via Zoom Teleconferencing. 

Camp Secretaries, delegate cards for your camp need to be received by Department Secretary Pugsley no later than May 30th.

Officers and Committees Reports by May 25th. Information on the Teleconferencing of the Encampment will be posted on the Department Web site.
