2026 Department Mid-Year Meeting

NEW YORK DEPARTMENT MID-YEAR ZOOM MEETING
SUNDAY, OCTOBER 4TH AT 6 PM

The Department of New York Mid-year meeting will be held via Zoom on Sunday, October 4th. All Department elected and appointed officers are strongly encouraged to attend, it is asked that at each camp send at least one representative.

DEPARTMENT MID-YEAR ZOOM MEETING
Brothers, based on the input, our Department Zoom Meeting will be on 4 October at 6 PM Eastern Standard Time. The Zoom meeting invite will be sent on 15 September with the agenda.
All Department Officers, Committee Chairman, and Camp Commanders will submit their mid-year report no later than 14 September via email to all the
Department Commander and Officers, Camp Commanders and Secretaries. We will be discussing the upcoming Department Encampment being held in
Kingston, NY on 30 April – 2 May 2027. Details will be posted on the website by 4 September and emailed to the Camp Commanders and Secretaries.
In addition, discussion on the draft retention guidebook and the department continued emphasis on recruitment will be conducted.
Any Camp Commander has a topic they would like on the agenda, please get to the Department Commander no later than 14 September.
