DESCRIPTION:The Department will hold its 137th Department of New York Encampment via teleconferencing on June 5th and 6th in compliance with National General Orders.  \nZoom Video Communication will be used and can be accessed by laptop\, desktop and both I phone and android phones. \nSend your Registration form and $10.00 registration fee to Department Secretary\, Robert Pugsley\, by May 20th\, \nThe 137th Department of New York Encampment Ribbon will be mailed to all Brothers who registered. \nRegistration will allow access to the Encampment via Zoom Teleconferencing.  \nCamp Secretaries\, delegate cards for your camp need to be received by Department Secretary Pugsley no later than May 30th. \nOfficers and Committees Reports by May 25th.
