1. By the authority vested in me as Commander of the New York Department, I hereby suspend the Daniel E. Sickles Camp #3, Department of New York, SUVCW for not submitting their annual report and their per capita dues to the department on time. This is done in accordance with the By-Laws of the Department of New York, Sons of Union Veterans of the Civil War, Article XI Reports, Section 5 and the National Constitution & Regulations of the Sons of Union Veterans of the Civil War, Chapter I. Camps, Article I. Charters, Section 8. A Camp failing to pay per capita dues or neglecting to forward reports within the time specified by law may be suspended by the Department Commander. Suspended Camps may be reinstated by forwarding reports and paying all arrearages of per capita dues.
