1. The New York Department mid-year
meeting will be held on 7 February 2004 at the Holiday Inn,
2 River Street (NY Route 13), Cortland, New York. The
Holiday Inn is adjacent to exit 11 of Interstate Route 81.
Lunch will be available to Brothers at 11AM for the price of $5.00. Guests may dine with us for $10.00.
Those who wish to lunch with us must notify this office of their intention no later than
31 January 2004.
The meeting, for SUVCW Members only, will begin at noon.
2. All New York Department Officers and
Camp Commanders are requested to attend, and deliver a brief report.
All Brothers, however, are welcome to join us.
