1.      It is with great sadness and profound regret that I announce the passing of Real Son Desmond Dutcher,
who answered his last roll call on 27 May 2003.

2.      Brother Dutcher’s father was Hiram Dutcher of Company D, 184^th New York Volunteer Infantry.
Brother Desmond was a member of the Col. George Willard Camp No. 154 of Albany.

3.      I hereby charge all Camp Commanders to drape Camp Charters in his honor for a period of 30 days.
